NPD is proud to announce the construction of a Flex-Warehouse that will consist of 73,000 SQFT in total, also able to be divided into four bays of 18,250 SQFT minimum each. This building boasts a large glass main entrance, a true 24’ clear height at low points, and 31’ clear in the center of the building. Eight dock doors and eight 14×12 overhead doors give flexibility to each tenant. This building is conveniently located just off of HWY 5 and Fleur Drive, south of Des Moines International Airport, with two hotels, dining, and fuel across the street.
